Guests must carry valid ID proof (Aadhar, Passport, etc.) during travel. It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure all required documents are valid and available at the time of boarding.
Guests must arrive at the port before the specified reporting time. Late arrival may result in denied boarding without any refund.
Passengers should ensure they are medically fit to travel. The cruise operator reserves the right to deny boarding in case of health or safety concerns.
Cruise routes, schedules, and destinations may change due to weather conditions, operational reasons, or government regulations. No compensation will be provided for such changes.
We act as a booking partner and are not responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, or losses caused by the cruise operator or external factors beyond our control.
Users must provide accurate information while booking. Any incorrect details may lead to booking cancellation without refund.
